Parry Sound/Muskoka Women's Two Day Invitational Bonspiel
Registration opens fall 2019
PARRY SOUND/MUSKOKA - WOMEN’S INTERCLUB LEAGUE
The Womens Interclub League offers friendly competition amongst our 8 local curling clubs. A scheduled is prepared over a two year period and each club takes their turn at hosting one of the games. Our goal at Baysville is to try to ensure that all women who are interested in this league, have a chance to be a part of a team, curling in one of the games. This provides an opportunity to experience curling on different ice surfaces in a bonspiel atmosphere. The cost is $15.00 per person (includes curling plus lunch), as well as buying your immediate competitor a drink upon a win. Carpooling from Baysville has worked well in the past with each one giving the driver $5.00 to help cover the cost of gas.
A schedule of games for this season will be posted on the website as soon as I receive it, as well as a sign-up sheet will be posted on the bulletin board outside the ladies change room. I would ask that you only sign up for one game to allow as many ladies as possible this opportunity. A spare is always also set up in advance so if you have to bow out of a game, please refer to the noted spare. If you have any dietary concerns, please also note these on the sign-up sheets.
I will be in touch with each team before you go to ensure all is well. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns.
Have an awesome game, enjoy your lunch and be safe!
