Our Facility is available for both private and business functions: corporate meetings, receptions, Christmas & Birthday parties, and family occasions of all types!
The availability and use of all facilities will be subject to all health and safety requirements that are in effect generally at the time of the rental and also to any additional requirements as may be prescribed by the Club at such time.

We offer:
- A Lounge that is approximately 20' x 40' and has license approval for 100 persons. 12 tables (6') with seating for 90 is available.
- A Bar that is Licensed under the LLBO. A Bartender will be provided if Bar Services are requested.
*Renters are not allowed to provide their own alcoholic beverages under LLBO rules. - A Kitchen equipped with 1 Microwave, 1 Refrigerator, Ample Counter Space, and includes the use of Pots and Pans.
*All cleanup is the responsibility of the renter and our Kitchen Rules shall apply. - Outside cooking (i.e. BBQ’s) is not permitted, but there are local caterers available for having food brought in.
- We are a Public Health Inspected facility and all approvals are kept current.
Fees:
- All rentals have a cleaning fee ($80) and a deposit ($200).
- Lounge Only: $30/hour (no minimum) + $80 cleaning + $200 deposit
- Add On:
- Bar Services - add $20/hour
- Use of Kitchen - add $20/hour
- The deposit will be refunded unless there is any misuse or damage, i.e. outside alcohol is brought in, equipment is damaged, etc., and will not be refunded if any rule is broken. See Terms & Conditions and Kitchen Rules for further details during rental process.
- Payment will be in advance however the entire cost will be refunded if the rental is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are subject to an administrative fee of $50.

Rental Agreement:
- A rental agreement is required to be signed in advance. This will include a full assumption of risk by the renter.
